CL77 Frame Numbers
About five-six years ago I sold an un-numbered CL77 to a person from Alabama. I just had a Bill Of Sale and gave the same. North Carolina is such a pain in the butt and considerably backwards when it comes to an un-numbered frame. Numbers did have the CL prefex. Gave up on a North Carolina title. It was a really great running and orange tanked CL77. The tag on the harness said 1967 and the tank was seamed. Should have kept it as gave it away for $1200.00. NC Highway Patrol Inspector had no good info for titling except for posting some rediculous amount of $$$ as bond.
