In pic 2 ya see where the rear brake cable end is installed and at that location is a small hole where a 1/16 in dia. wire is installed.
The wire needs to be apx. 3/4 in long with a 1/4 inch hook on one end.
The hook installed to the inside of the frame then the outside end is bent down to hole wire in place.
That is one attachment and the other is on the inside of the pivot end of the brake lever where the cable installs. ................lm
