VIN ID?

Post by patrickash » Mon Jan 26, 2009 10:35 pm

Can anyone help me with a VIN ID? I just put a bunch of parts of ebay
(http://motors.shop.ebay.com/merchant/patrickash).
I thought that it was one of the first late models (6-digit VIN), someone tells me it might be one of the last early models.

Also, I was under the impression that CA78 was identical to the CA77, is that accurate?

VIN:
frame:
CA78 103246,
Engine:
CA77E 103314

Don't have my books to hand, but I think I'm right in saying that's a '63. And that you're right about the 77 & 78 being identical models. I just see no-one's responded and I don't want you to feel lonely, so I'm sticking my neck out!

My mistake; '64.
