Year confirmation on a CA78

DMV has this bike listed as a 1968 Dream. I thought that it was a 66 - just looking for some input.

It is a 66 but probably first sold in 1968. HONDA didn't issue them after 1967. ............lm

Thanks LM - DMV is giving me a hard time since it was titled as a 68. According to them all of my paper work is wrong and must be submitted as 68 instead of a 66.
