"sueyside" shifter

Anyone ever put a "sueyside" shifter on a Dream? (asked with tongue firmly planted in cheek) Would like to know if it's possible!

There is a nasty Dream listed on ebay, under Dream and it has a "sueyside" shifter!
I guess it is possible. I may try it!
