Seat foam

Any good recommendations on getting some seat foam for my ca77 bench seat? I have a good frame, bad foam and a terrible seat cover. I am buying a non-thailand seat cover off of ebay, but I am having trouble finding foam for it. I don't mind cutting/adhering/stuffing foam, but it'd be nice to find a ready piece including the butt end foam.
