Breather ports...one on each side of the carb....

Post by sky1haze » Sun Sep 19, 2010 6:11 pm

When I got my 66 Dream, they were connected by a single tube.... I knew this was wrong. Or is it right????
So what I did was I used 2 seperate tubes connected them to the breather ports and put them in the frame. just hanging, hidden.....should I filter them? Should I attatch them to those 2 holes in the air filter? Am I crazy?

The correct way is to connect them to the air filter, I believe.
Mine just hang loose, but I don't have a stock filter.
Some have connected them together...they were eliminated at some point in time during production.
