I'm fairly certain they were all fitted with indicators. I have an American CA72 that obviously doesn't have them, but my Australian-delivered C77 does. The earlier ones had seperate rear indicators, rather than those integrated with the alloy shock braces. And we also got many of the press-handlebar bikes with the indicators mounted on the pressings.......
German indicators were different again......
