Was wondering if these bikes have a kill switch or if one could be put on afterwards. Just to clarify when I say kill switch i mean the engine on and off switch. Also wondering about adding winkers to the bike and wanted to find out if any of you have done so and if it was difficult to do so.
I just completed a rider education course today and I want to make sure the bike is more visible and safe when I start riding it.
kill switch and winkers

It looks as though we deleted the pictures of the wiring diagram. Sorry. But I am SURE there are plenty of good sources on here that will help you.

Switches
Why not just use the key switch for on and off?
There are a number of ways to add winkers. But, if you want a 305-correct look, the switch on the handle bars gets pretty expensive.
There are a number of aftermarket "kits". You can get power out of the black "hot" wire.
You should really consider using LED lights and flasher to cut down on power draw as the charging systems on these bikes leaves a good bit to be desired.

Re: Switches
Any idea on where to get the led lights or is it a matter of changing out bulbs? as for the key switch on/off, I was just thinking of the not having to reach over/around the handle bars to kill the engine in an emergency type situation,

Switches
You can surely wire in a kill switch if you want. I have never seen one that was Honda item and I don't believe there ever was one. Appears it will be a make-it-up-as-you-go project with aftermarket parts.
You can find the dual filament LED bulbs on Ebay. They plug right into your taillight socket. You just replace the original bulb and that is it. Same for the single filament LED bulbs for the winkers.
I would spend some time looking around for the bulbs as the prices seemed to vary a lot when I was searching for them.
