No spark

Have you ever had the bike running? Do you know how to adjust points? Have you tried Ed Moore's tune up procedure?
With a charged battery and key in start position, put your red meter lead on the little nut where the green wire attaches to the points and the black lead to ground to see what you have. Try rotating your crank to see if it changes.
