I think I should clarify this a bit more. It fits between the fender and the front fork unit ,some sort of gasket between the two ?

Hi, the rubber packing is a U SHAPED rubber "gasket" that fits between the fender and forks. You can find one on Ebay if you look. Thats where I found a replacement for mine. They run about 25 to 30 bucks. Matter a fact there's one on there right now for $28. Type in... Honda Dream 305 front fender packing. It will pop up. Goodluck.

I got mine at Ohio Cycle www.ohiocycle.com a few months ago.

He shows them on his list, price was $20 + shipping, if he still has them. Apparently there is an early and a late style, not sure what the difference is.

Early is gray in colour, late is black.

You can also get them here.....

They don't show up on the website but I have bought both types from them.

Bill Silver is having them repopped in both gray and black. he also has the chainguard inspection plug. I got a set from him a while back and they are perfect. I think there is a link to him somewhere on this site.
