Nut and Bolt Size for The seat

So i bought a bike without the seat. but im looking for the size of the bolt that will go through the bracket that is tucked away under the gas tank, i have a CA78 305. if someone could give me a length and diameter. that would be wonderful

If I am reading the parts manual correctly they appear to be 8x16. You need the mounting rubbers, too.
