Pics plus Shiny Aluminum

Post by cadman » Sun Dec 09, 2012 12:54 pm

Pics of the Dream I just got - Obviously I have begun some preliminary disassembly. Complete bike - runs - typical problems with some chrome - no dings or dents - does not have stock coil.

Pics of before and after polish of shock support. I have been restoring and polishing aluminum for folks fixing old bikes for about 5 years - mainly to have something to do during retirement - not to make money. (That means cheap). If you want to polish I would be happy to explain how or do it for you. The cost to polish this shock mount would be about $15.

If you need information email direct or call - Thanks - Don

Nice job on the mount. Where abouts are you located in the U.S.? Also, your gas tank seems to be on backwards. ;-)

I am in Marble Falls, Tx - near Austin -

I am in the midst of disassembling so the gas tank may be sitting on there backwards.
