No. After your exhaust and foot peg are out of your way remove the sidecover screws and pull the kick cover straight off. It helps if you hold the kick arm and rotate it a little towards the rear as you pull the whole thing off. Make sure your kick start shaft is rotated forward to its stop before re-indexing your kicker to 11 o'clock and sliding the cover back on. It may take you a few times to get it right but it is a quick and easy job.nevernotbusy wrote:I gotta pull out the kickstarter joint (10) too though, I'm assuming
