Frame serial number location

I have torn down an original 1967 dream 305 . I cannot locate the ser. # on the left front as described. Motor ser # matches the title. Am I missing something?
Second question is-- does someone make a pack of all of the rubber grommets that protect the wiring. (Handle bars and frame)
Bike sat for almost 35 yrs and rubber is stiff and breaking. Good shape , and running cond. otherwise.

The frame number on a Dream is not located in the front. It is stamped vertically on the lower left side where the side stand bracket mounts to the frame. You may have to clean the area to see it.
