Your bike looks great. What kind of bags are they? How did you mount the solo seat?

Thanks Mike.

Yeah, the bags are super handy. J.C. Whitney still has the same lights for them, they're truck side-lights or something. I wired two into the brake light, and two are running lights — definitely an improvement over the single stock tail lamp.

The seat was just a cheapo found online. It had some sort of bracket that I modified, and at the back I used two old, aircraft-engine valve springs for added 'suspension.' When I get some time I'll make a slightly larger and thicker solo seat for more comfort and better looks.

Got the bike in a junkyard about 15 years ago for $150. Rings were rusted so I put in a set of rings, did a quickie/cheapo resto and have been riding it without problems ever since.

I put the same solo seat on mine and was really happy with the results. I had to move the original mounting bracket off of the top of the rear shocks and drill into the frame a few inches up to mount it but that was no big deal at all. I'm reaaaaaally tall though.
