Right or Wrong Handlebars

Saw these bars advertised on e bay and was wondering if Honda ever fitted bars like this to the CA77 in 1966. Just asking the question as the Dream I bought from America came fitted with bars very similar to these and I thought I should have maybe re fitted the original ones when I restored it.

Look like SCRAMBLER to me.
The exhaust rosetts look like SCRAMBLER also.
Probably changed if the pipes are ONE Piece. .........................lm
