Ok so I just stopped by the bike and took a good look. Here is what it is
1966 dream 305
11k miles
Motor turns over great, good compression, shifts thru all gears
Tank is perfect, rust free, has both emblems and rubber pads
Has all side covers
Clear title and key
Original front tire
It is missing the left muffler and the right has holes in it
Needs a throttle cable and front brake cable
Seat needs re covered
front fender is bent from a curb
Handlebars are tweaked just slightly
The paint is in very good shape
I'll post some pics tonight from home.
Should I do it???
Thanks, Mike
New Dream owner....updated info and PICS!
Well I bought it with cash last night and made the trip to bring it home! Got home about 11:00 so I didn't get any puctures yet because it was late and dark...but there will be more pics to follow tonight.
Got it for $600, and the guy even found a spare gas tank for it that he sold to me for cheap. He handed me the title and owners manual, and the manual looks like it was never used, it's perfect!
I am really excited about the project, can't wait to get to work on it!
I will get some pictures of it later tonight after work so you all can see my beauty!
Looking forward to getting help from you guys as I get to work!
