Sure there's value. I'd imagine there's more if you have a title for it, but you can part it out for some cash. Takes time and patience though. Why don't you list it in the forum's classified section? Is the motor seized?

Here what I have found

frame CA78--310667
Engine CA77--615683
Speedo shows 5035 miles

Kicks over and seems to have strong compression, inside of gas tank is clean.

Hopefully it won't take much to get it running

Engine CA77--615683
Speedo shows 5035 miles

not sure what year this this bike is yet

Kicks over and seems to have strong compression, inside of gas tank is clean.

Hopefully it won't take much to get it running

The "3" at the beginning of engine and frame number denotes 1963.
