Wow! That was quick!! That's going to look NICE!! How did you install it? Did it fit with no alterations or did you have to make it fit?

I was looking at this one on ebay. I don't know how good it is. It seems to cheap!

Yeah I bought one of those but it looked too small on the bike. The picture of the seat that I sent you is a picture of Jethro's seat. Im sure they are still available. I do not know how he installed his seat, but yes my husband had to custom make a new brace. I will take a picture and send it to you. Give me a few minutes. and I will post it.

You're the best! Lucky you....my husband couldn't do that. He likes to ride bikes, not fix them! He still thinks I'm nuts for trying to restore this one myself, but I'm having a ball!

I am seriously impressed that you are taking on the task! There's no possible way that I could have done the job that he has done. I have however, found all the parts lol and bought them, picked out the colors and seat. Alls he has to do is figure out how to make it all fit together and make it pretty LOL!!!!!! Seriously though, he is very talented, and a jack of all trades. I am very fortunate to have him. Only downfall is that he is a perfectionist and this 6 month rebuild has taken just about 2 years lol.

Wow! 2 years! You have patience! He is very talented - I'm jealous!! It may take longer, but it will be done right. You can tell when it's just slapped together and when someone does a good job. Makes all the difference. It looks gorgeous. The size of the seat is perfect and I see you even have the "Honda" on the back! I can't wait to see your bike all put back together! Thank you SO much for the detailed pics of how he did it. I have a long list of things on my "to buy" list. I need to replace all the cables and I want to add turn signals. I'm going to see if I can find someone here that would be able to fit the seat on. I bet you just can't wait to get it on the road!!
