Anybody need engine side cases for a CA77?

I bought them on Ebay and thought they were CL77. NOT!!!

They are dirty but in great shape and the kicker side comes with clutch cable and it also has the kicker shaft and mechanisms in tact. $50 for both shipped in the lower US. Is that a fair price?
