Instructions for Buco saddlebag hardware wanted

Post by Eljeef » Thu Oct 01, 2009 3:35 pm

Hello. Does anyone have instructions for mounting the hardware for Buco saddlebags? If you have a set of twinmasters or other Buco bags would you be able to post some photos of the hardware mounted on your Dream without the saddlebags so I could figure out the mounting points? I recently purchased the mounting hardware for what was supposed to be for BSA/Honda. When I got it in the original box it said #44 mount, BSA. Thansk for any help, Jeff.

Go to the forum home page and click on the picture on the right of the saddle bags. The next page will have a picture of my white CA77 with Buco bags and scroll down. There is a copy of the Buco mounting diagram showing mounting kit as used. Buck

Hello. I cannot click on the picture of the rider in black gear on the black bike. Could you elaborate?

Go to the page that says Welcome at the top. There are 5 pictures in a line. The far right picture is the rear of a superhawk with baby Buco bags.Click on that picture and when the white Dream with bags comes up,click on to it and scroll down.

Thanks Buck. I found it. I was looking on the forum home page and not the 305.com Homepage. My hardware is #44 though I'm sure I could fab it to fit when the time comes and I actually get the Twinmasters. Regards, Jeff.

The upper mount bolts to the bike in two places: upper shock mount, and via a bolt through the rear fender/aluminum fender stay. That's it. Everything else just hangs down and is free to move.
