Is there someplace where I can find what the differences are between my 1962 CA77 and the later models?

Some differences between early and later Dreams:

Gas tank on early Dreams have seamless top with gas cap in center. Different shape chrome
side covers.

Early plastic tank badges have Honda Dream 300. later Honda 300

Speedometer early model doesn't have high beam indicator light.

Wiring harness on early models were black, later models silver

Rear fender struts were different shape.

Early mufflers were stainless steel ,later chrome steel

Your welcome.

I believe the fender and seat are the same.
