Welcome Lou, please post your location.

All C/CA/CB/CL72s & 77s are 12V.

Hi,

The C71 C76 and the C70 are also dreams but they are 6 V.
Like Steve mentioned, the rest is 12 V.

thanks for your replies I really appreciate it

I'm located in northern California and I've been looking at a few 305's that are in need of some TLC

my thinking is if I buy a project bike that's at least 98% complete I will learn a lot as I dismantle, repair, replace and reassemble the bike

my only problem is that I'll probably clog up the forums with so many questions

thanks and have a HondaFull Day , Lou

Hi,

You're welcom,

Most questions are answered in the past. You could use the search function and try the use the forum info as a database. And of course, when you have the time you can read everything hat is written on a subject.

Without questions we'd all just vegetate, so keep 'em coming; we're all here to help and we learn together. And it's amazing how much stuff one can forget until prompted or another member responds and whisks up the ol' database.

Some of us are quite happy to be nerdie-geeks.....
