Is there a suitable replacement or supply for the the swing-arm bushings for a 1964 CA77 (Dream), pc. 7 of the swing-arm assembly drawing. The rubber is completely gone from mine.
Does any one know the size, ID x OD x Length? The ID appears to be 12mm and the length appears to be 40mm. I haven't tried to remove the outer OD of the bushing yet from the swing-arm, are there any tips for removing them?

I carefully used a saw to split the outer part of the swing-arm bushing, ensuring not to saw the swing-arm, so I could remove the old bushing from the swing-arm.
The ID of the swing-arm where the bushing goes appear to be 28mm ID (or will be after I clean them up). I'm going to install 6001 bearings (12mm ID x 28mm OD x 8mm Tk). Two bearings with a 24mm spacer between them on each leg of the swing-arm. Four 6001 bearings and two homemade spacers total.
Anyone every tried this?
The other option was to have a couple sleeves made to fit into the swing arm to allow using two 12mm ID x 20mm long bushings (plain bearings) (brush) on each leg of the swing-arm. The 6001 bearings seem to be the speeder and less expensive solution.

Thanks for the part info
48lesco and conbs Thank You for your help locating the parts. I'll probably will order up a pair of bushing (plain bearing) (brushes) in-case I need them.
I went ahead with the using the bearing. I'm interested in seeing how/if they will work. On each leg of the swing-arm I used two 6001 2RS bearings with a spacer between them. On the outside of each the leg I installed a heavy washer and on the inside of each leg, between the frame and the leg I installed another washer. The washers OD is bigger then the bearings OD, I think this will keep everything in place. The bearings were easily tapped into the swing-arm. The shaft that holds everything together had some nicks, dings, flaking chrome, and corrosion. I mounted the shaft in dill press and used sand paper to clean it up while it was spinning. Sticking the shaft outside overnight, its was colder then in a freezer, may have also helped in being able to tap the shaft into position.
This bike is too far gone to restore back to original. So I building it into, a sort of, cafe rat bike.
Thanks again
