RUST work

Finally got my bike upright after a kickstand replacement and some light cleanup. Anyone have success removing rust from the aluminum?

Welcome. From the picture it doesn't look like your CA77 is missing too many expensive parts. Good luck with it.

I have had good success using very fine OOOO (4 ought) steel wool and WD40 lightly rubbing across the area affected. On Chrome I find 3M rubbing compound with a buffer pad works really well to bring it back to life as best can be expected for old chrome.
