CA77 / CA78?

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the CA77 & the CA78?

Very little. Honda Changed to the CA78 designation in late 63 but didnt change anything else. The engine still carries the CA77 marking.

Thanks, was just wondering. What or who's cam chain is the best way to go.
