Interesting nut and bolt find ?

A friend passed away a few months ago and in clearing out a bunch of his stuff I happened upon this.

Has anyone seen a package of nuts and bolts like this before ?

Hi Dan - Yes, actually I have the exact same one - I got it from JC Whitney (or so the label on mine says) back in the Day.

And thanks for reminding me - I need to go hunt another one down...

These even look like JIS head screws ?
