Can anyone confirm if the headlight from a CA95 will fit a CA77.

That's only the bulb that can be changed nothing to do with the headlight.

US bikes have a sealed beam unit where bulb and reflector are one piece.

Pretty sure the part is the wrong size/shape, too.

Hi G-Man, mine is the sealed beam as it is a CA model. I was thinking more of the cost from a CA95 to a CA77 unit.

Has anyone reading this converted their headlight to accept a seperate bulb and what components did you use and what bulb as there is very little room between the reflector and the glass.

Thanks, G. I forget that you have replaceable bulbs over there. Anyway it's a moot point because the headlight won't fit. From my search now he had been involved in this topic earlier and the last post the guy said he was told the unit was smaller. Perhaps he should have referenced the post than I wouldn't have annoyed him with the 6v reference.

If that's his way of showing appreciation for a forum member taking the time to respond to his question, good luck with questions in the future.
