Dream repair Tucson

Looking for someone that I can trust to work on my son's CA77. He is using it for transportation at college, and now won't start. I am unable to get there to look at it. We went through as much as possible over the phone, but he is a busy guy with limited mechanical abilities. He loves this bike. So does anyone have a recommendation for a mechanic in the Tucson AZ area?

What's going on with it? There are a lot of people on here who can probably walk you through whatever is ailing the bike, or at least point you in the right direction...
