Selling my 1966 CA77

I tried listing her on the classified ad site but it wouldn't accept. So here goes:

1966 Honda CA77 305 Dream Touring, $3,999 -

1. Status:
a. Very clean, runs well, ready to ride.
b. Very well maintained classic bike
c. Ridden 2-3 times per week during good weather
d. Seven years this owner
e. Draws lots of attention wherever you go.
f. A blast to ride.
g. 16,xxx miles from new

2. The good:
a. Overall original (90%) condition.
b. Original engine-frame paring.
c. 100% complete. Not missing any rare, expensive parts
d. Current Pennsylvania inspection sticker (valid thru 5/2021)
e. Clear Pennsylvania title, in hand for easy sale
f. Full documentation of past 7 years repairs and maintenance
g. Original owner’s manual
h. Good unmolested patina
i. Tool kit (partial) included
j. Starts with 1-2 pushes of the button

3. The not so good:
a. Paint is 75% original with previous owners’ repaint of front fender, side covers. Still looks good from 10 feet away.
b. 55 years-worth of small paint chips
c. Minor rust on inside right exhaust header
d. Several small cuts/tears on the right side of the seat cover
e. Small crack in speedo bezel
f. Small crack in taillight lens

4. Renovation/refresh over past seven years:
a. Complete nut/bolt level open, inspect, clean, reinstall
b. Rebuilt top end, valve replacement
c. New points/points plate/condenser/plugs*
d. Modern fuel petcock*
e. Modern upgraded charging system (AGM battery, voltage regulator*)
f. Modern upgraded high voltage ignition coil/OEM wires
g. New tires/tubes 2015 (3,000 miles)
h. New aftermarket gas cap*
i. New alternator*
j. New clutch plates*
k. Rebuilt speedo, accurate to +/- 3 MPH
l. New cables: Clutch, brake, speedo
m. Recovered vinyl seat
n. Replaced mirrors (aftermarket)*
o. Rebuilt rear shocks
p. Weld repair of both OEM mufflers
q. Replaced drive chain*
r. Rebuilt OEM carburetor set to stock specs
s. Replaced piston rings*
t. Replaced all hoses, filters, fluids
u. New OEM rear drive sprocket*
v. Added replica tank badges
w. New OEM handlebar grips
x. All new gaskets outside of engine casing halves
y. * retained original parts
