Anyone tried these stainless bolt kits for their dream?
Do these sizes look right? Anyone tried one?
I'm in need of some new bolts for my dream. I had a time getting the covers off the engine. I ended up having to drill some of them. I'd like to replace them with allen head bolts at this point. This kit is cheap and looks pretty good.
Normally I just go to the local fastener shop, but this kit is priced well and it's a pain hunting down a length that will fit sometimes.

Yeah, I thought that one was missing. I assume you're talking about the long guy. Good to know it's a 115. I also notices some with a 5mm thread size in the parts fiche that weren't included.brewsky wrote:I got a set a while back.
Not a bad deal, but all case bolts are not included, eg the 115mm for the oil filter cover.
Lengths are not exact for all, but close enough for most.
I figured the sizes wouldn't be exact. I usually can't find the exact size for most of them anyway.
This vendor looks like they are all there, and he does have some 5mm listed on the webpage, although I haven't tried them myself.
Might be worth a look.
