Paint color for 1967 Red Dream

I am wondering if anyone knows the actual red color of 1967 CA77 dream. The one I bought is supposed to be original paint. I took the battery box off to look at color and the red seems that it has a orange tint. It is still red but doesnt seem bright red. Does anyone know if this is correct so I can have the paint matched befroe repainting. Any help would be great

the original Honda red will go orange with age. hit with some 1000 grit (wet) then compound it. it will come back to the original red quite easily.

Scarlet Red is very Orange not Cherry Red.
If ya going to have paint mixed I recommend the formula for Dupont IMRON of 6543UM.
Been using if for 26 years. ..............lm
