Is this a rear race fender?

I saw this on ebay and it looked a little weird, so I thought I'd ask so I'd know what it looks like.

I would say no. I've only seen a few examples of "race" CB77's and all of them had a very tiny rear fender. I would imagine to save weight. This one looks larger than the OEM fender almost with the side curtains and all. No idea if that one is from another bike or a home chop job.
