While meandering through the internet I found this website: www.motorcycleroads.us. It gives some suggestions for interesting roads throughout the U.S, and I think you can actually submit your own recommendations for neat roads to try. I'm sure as time goes by it's going to become more and more difficult to find 'roads less traveled' for us, so resources like this one are certainly welcome!
