So went to this "vintage" motorcycle show in Holly, MI the other day. It was upsettings to say the least. The oldest "vintage" bike there was a 65 dream that didn't look too hot. The rest were a bunch of newer harleys.
Can't wait until next year when I have my cb77 superhawk together and running, will blow all the bikes there out of the water.

Hello Zimdale,
I'd be interested in details of the event you went to for next year.

You must get to Gilmore if you've never been.
I had the only Superhawk there as well.
I will be attending the Ride and show this year.

It was Holly's Blessing of the bikes but they also said it was a Vintage show. It really wasn't worth a trip from Lansing unless we organize a lot more actual vintage bikes to come. Was only like a 20 min cruise from me so figured I'd check it out.Goodysnap wrote:Hello Zimdale,

Gilmore does sound fun, doubt my superhawk will be ready by then but technically I could bring my 83 Nighthawk if I can get it restored enough, still has a few parts that need to be replaced.
