Daniel

I remember Duck Oil and it looks like it's done a great job with your Honda. Petrol (gasoline) is probably as good as anything to get it off. Other solvents might take the paint with it. Does your bike have the blue seat cover? I love that look. My CB77 is going to be a little non-standard with a metallic blue finish and will definitely have a blue seat.

Rob - no the G-Man thing wasn't inspired by the G3, although it could've been. One of the lads at work used to call me G-Man (first name Graham) and it just stayed with me.

The G3 is a great bike and still doesn't leak any oil. Still on standard bore and bottom end but then she only has 30,000 miles on the clock. Might outlast me.......

Not familiar with duck oil but it sure resembles cosmoline:

Back in the 60's there was a guy selling still crated 500cc Canadian military surplus Triumphs coated with the stuff.

Those uncrated military Triumphs are still around. One came up for sale a few months ago.
