Looking for rubber terminal boot for starter terminal...emphasis was on "old" in NOS one I put on a few years back, had to remove it the other day and it was crumbling. Found Honda part # for cable but not for just the boot.
I seem to recall a post about a Briggs and Stratton boot, maybe for spark plug, that would work, but can't find that either. Any help?
I'm gonna do another post on eventual solution to starter problem I posted about some time back, with a glowing recommendation for the folks who fixed it for me.
Thanks, Lee

starter rubber boot

I think the briggs part was for the neutral light (that's what I used there.) The boot for the starter I got at Ohio Cycle http://www.ohiocycle.com/

thanks OS, I'm probably just disremembering it.
I think the one I had on it was from vendor you mentioned, it was given to me.
anybody else?
thanks, Lee

NOS on ebay:

Seems like a lot for a 50-cent boot, but at least its a good picture of what it should look like.

gottit...
Thanks Chase, that'll do the job...things go so much easier when you have the part number.
I actually scrolled through the list at Ohio Cycle and found the old pn...looks like new number is still a common Honda part. Local dealer would have to order it for me, but it seems to be somewhat available online.
So thanks to all who responded, I think I got it handled now. --Lee
