CL77 Speedometer Gasket

Well, the OEM one on my bike is old and worn out. Searching parts lists, vendors, etc. and have come up empty handed. It is the metal/foam gasket that the two screws go through the headlight bucket and get screwed into and the speedometer sets on top of. The speedometer is the round one. If anyone out there knows a source or have a good one they could spare, I'd be willing to buy, trade or a combination of both for one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Craig
