main crank seal needed

Post by mike horvath » Sun Jun 06, 2010 8:56 pm

Well whatta way to end a beautiful Saturday....blown out crank seal at 60 mph. Sounded like a zipper and to the road side I went.
Looking for a crank seal for a '66 CL77 (pn 20.65.65). Ohio may have it, but last I remember ol' Nick had to sell a full CB set to get it. Anyone out there got one? Thats not the first of my worries, but guess I gotta start there. Please message me here or shoot me an e-mail at elmcannic@yahoo.com
Thanks,

Mike

I'll bet you have a bearing supply store near you and they may even have a seal the size you need. It would not be Honda but would most likely serve your needs. Rw

Thanks Rusty.
I've had a few forum guys come forward with spares they have. I'll be developing a list, and a long one for this project.
