replacement rubber parts

Is there a source for parts such as the rubber moisture boots at the wheel end of the brake cables? I've got a '64 CL72. Haven't had any luck finding these on ebay or Ohio Cycles. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!!

Don't think I've ever seen them come without the cable, but, good luck in your search!

They only come on the cable. ...........lm
