I just saw a post in another thread on the same subject, grom said his local Honda dealer had the petcock rebuild kit in stock.

I got my rebuild kit from Retrobikes and it worked pretty well -- until I ran gas through it and the rubber swelled and made it almost impossible to move.

I took someone's suggestion and just switched it to reserve permanently and installed a lawn mower fuel cutoff on my fuel line between the tank and carb.

I got mine at the local Farm and Fleet for $4.99.

petcock rebuild

I rebuilt my ca77's petcock with a kit from olypen. Worked good for about 2 weeks. The rubber swelled and froze the lever so it is stuck on on. I have heard the cork rebuild kits are still available through honda. Might check into one of those. The rubber ones are pretty much useless.
