Need a Steering Damper Knob Lock

Would anyone have an extra part they would sell or is Ohio Cycle my best bet to get the following part?

CA72/77 53765-257-000 STEERING DAMPER KNOB LOCK SPRING

As you'll see from my pictures, my knob isn't on my bike as I'm missing the locking piece and am worried that it'll loosen-up and come off my bike again.
