CA95

Post by stevelima » Mon Jul 06, 2009 9:33 am

I've been reading alot abuot all the other CA's out there. Is it me or isn't a lot of CA95's bening worked on.I have a 64 CA95 that I bought for $50.00. It is about 90% complete. No air cleaner or battery cover. The thing runs great just smokes real bad. Changed breather gaskets and replaced the o-ring in between the head and clyinder jugs. rings looked ok but I think that's where my problem is located.Has anyone else had or heard of the smoking problem.I have not seen any other crank case breathers except on the top of the motor. If anyone out there has a gasket set for the top half and an ring set. I'd really like to know. Ihave tried the local Honda dealers. But they really don't want to help. They would rather sell me a new bike. I like older ones. Please let me know.

Steve, I have gasket sets, no rings. The rings do come up on Ebay. PM me if interested in gaskets.
