Starting a restoration - 1968 CA72

My landlord has one sitting in her garage for the last 10 years. She is 2nd owner. Has 6800 original miles on it. Needs paint for sure, but otherwise looks like some elbow grease will get her running. Anything special to look out for on one of these? I've built a couple of bikes over the years, and just sold my 72 Triumph bobber. I think this will be a fun little project. Will post some pics later.
