I think it went off of discount.

Steverino's CB77
Updates after a two week layover.
Just a few weeks ago CMSNL had around three dozen CB77 specific parts greatly discounted. I got a set of great mufflers and a real nice keyswitch. I should have stocked up because it looks like CMSNL has nothing on discount anymore. If anyone knows of a link to a discount page please let me know. I love a bargain.
When I was getting ready to fire up the bike a few weeks ago I had to come to terms with the poor condition of the ignition system wiring. The insulation was very stiff and attempts to work with it caused breakage. I saw these nice looking pieces on eBay at a very reasonable buy it now price so I grabbed them. I also bought a great set of custom made spark plug leads from Chuck. Thank You Chuck.

We spent the past two weeks in Southern California. We like to do that every winter just to get warmed up and dried out a little bit. It didn't work this time. It was just as cold down there as it is up here.
I was happy to find my ignition pieces waiting for me at the post office when we got home.
Here they are in place. The used parts are in much better shape than what I had. Chucks leads fit perfectly in the coils.

Yes a friend of mine has a CB1100 with the Classic wire wheels, I believe there are other differences, and is very pleased with it, I think they have stopped production now so maybe a 'Future Classic' after a small run.Steverino wrote: I've been working on trading my 1.5 mile CBX for a low mile 2014 CB1100 Deluxe. I hope it goes through. If it doesn't I am going to keep looking. If you've seen a Deluxe you know, real thick chrome metal fenders. Air Cooled. Chrome Pipes, I think the Europe Bikes even have wire spoke wheels.

My 82 CBX is now out the door. I traded it for something I can actually ride, this CB1100. It's been rainy so I've only put 28 miles on it. I saw one of these back in 2013 when they first came to America and have wanted one ever since. Very smooth power with nice even torque. I really appreciate Honda building a bike that reminds me of the old days.

Hi brewsky
Since my CBX was worth more than the CB1100 the Honda Shop is getting me the Deluxe twin pipes at their cost. Someone in Japan is making four into fours that are pretty close to the CB750K pipes. They look real nice. I am considering getting their 750K style front fender because the factory fender doesn't shield the motor.
