Jon: It's ALL easy ! (small joke) Actually its not that bad- just don't get in a hurry and keep track of everything. ( I always find something that should have gone back in one or two steps ago.) I think you'll have that great running bike I told you about when you get the advance springs sorted out.

Springs bent and replaced, tensioner removed cleaned and put back.
Working on the starter now.
The carbs seem good, but the test will be when it fires back up.
I didnt realize I needed to drain the oil before this, and the head is starting to leak because the top cover is off. Is this bad? or will it just tighten back up?
Will post pictures later of whole process.

That looks like a DREAM sprocket. ???????????????
I don't recommend ya use it in your engine.
It's a small bit not over the entire outside of the part.
If ya can lift it and sort of allow it to snap back and don't hear a metallic sound (sort of a CLUNK) ya are OK. ......lm
