Some parts info: In order for the side cover knob to be correct and work I was able to pull the stud out and cut 10mm off. Pushed it back in with a spot of glue and it was good to go.
The brake linkage rods are machined wrong. While explaining the problem he pulled 5 from stock and only 1 would screw in. Guess who's getting the 1.lol So now that they are aware of the problems maybe it will be taken care of.
For those that asked all zinc plating was done with the Caswell kit along with the yellow and blue/clear chromate. Takes some practice but well worth it. Side stand, rear sprocket and coil mount show the different finishes.

how did you get the wheel hubs to shine like that? just polishing?

Strip,1200 grit,2 different buffing wheels and compounds.Clear coated with Glisten pc
