At the rear of the tank are rubber inserts on each side of a mount area in the frame and this is in the small holes in the rubbers and the rear tank bolt passes through it.

Well, he got me too.......I was scrolling down his "other items" list from ebay and caught a couple of "parts" I didn't recognize..... and when I blew up the view, there it was!
