Just asked Mr Honda about this very issue the other day with your two caps and two others. Here are the pictures and his reply:
From left to right.....
the flat 268 coded cover usually seen on Super Hawks and Scramblers,
then the 250 code from the dry sump and first couple of years of wet-sump bikes,
then the 259 Dream covers, which the other ones superseded to.
The last one is seen only on 1967 bikes, but no known part number was added to the list.
